At deals&DEALS we have long experience and knowledge in the field of Business Brokerage and Mergers & Acquisitions.
The owner of the company, Mr. Chr. Roussis, holds a M.Sc. Degree in Economics and he is actively involved in the Business Brokerage and Mergers & Acquisitions field, since 1997. Mr. Roussis has a deep knowledge and proven experience in Closing Deals (Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Brokerage) as well as in Business Valuations in various business sectors, initially through “Business Deals S.A.” and later with deals&DEALS.
Ηe is a member of the International Business Brokerage Association® (IBBA), certified M&A Advisorof Corporate Finance in Europe, of the Economic Chamber of Greece, of the Registry of the Greek Minstry of Development, of the the Business Angels Network of the Greek Minstry of Development, and certified trainer of the Hellenic Organization of Employment (OAED). The company is continually investing in Human Capital, Systems & Processes, as well as, in Technology.
All the associates of deals&DEALS have a successful track record as Business Consultant, accompanied with wide experience in Business Brokerage and Valuations, as well as, in developing Business Value Maximization Plans, with large Greek and Multinational companies.
The company has standardized the business processes in order to fulfill the successful closing of every deal (Procedure: “Keep the Process Moving to Keep the Deal Closing”), while observing the principles of Confidentiality and Discretion.
